The experience was very pleasant from start to finish. We truly enjoyed that all the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Location was excellent and incredible, to the residence. It also was just off city center, and the central station.

In our opinion, it's a characterful base for travelling to Zurich. The venue has marvellous and incredible setting in a relax residential area. Furthermore, it's just next door to the bus station 72, the center, and public transport.

perfect location and staff, excellent stay for a business trip. the apartment has brilliant and handy short walk to zurich as well as groceries / shopping malls. helpful and cooperative venue staff. loved a flat-screen tv with cable channels, climate control and a microwave available. the venue is housed in a lovely building.

We had a great stay in Zurich, very close to a shopping center, the main railway station, and the Old Town. The staff was kind and great. The apartment's room was fairly quiet and bright with AC. The favorable location close to public transport was appreciated.

my recent stay in zurich was amazing thanks to the comfortable and spacious bedrooms at residence mutschellen. the staff was incredibly helpful and even waited for our arrival on new year's eve. they went above and beyond to assist us when we lost a bag on a train. highly recommended!
